I didn't know what to expect and I told her I was a bit nervous. I have not worked out for a long long time. The session began with breathing, which is a work out as well. You think you know how to breath, but breathing exercises help get your core ready.....and your mind. She took her time with me and my old body, I got an amazing workout. There are photos of me and my workout.....UMMMM NOPE NOT GONNA SHOW YOU!
Dallas has great knowledge of the physique, will push you, but not to the point of pain. With each deep breath you feel yourself go a bit farther.
