Here at Lindsay Park we are all family and with the recent attacks on the Asian community, we feel attacked as well.  We had a walk in our community, just to bring about awareness and let people know WE ARE FAMILY.

This was actually a Picnic Roast Pork. I have passed by this type of meat, thinking it would be too complicated. It was actually very easy. I did take the layer of fat off and that I didn't need to do, next time I won't do that. It was tasty just the same.I used that layer of fat and the bone for my red beans that I cooked the next day. I used the recipe from Spoonbread and Strawberry Wine cookbook (it is available on Amazon, https://amzn.to/3aAhblJ), by Norma Jean and Carole Darden. Back in the day a good friend regularly cut my hair.  We cut on a full moon and said more hair at each cut.
