This is so exciting Into My Life is going to be at the Camden International Film Festival, September 13 - 16 2018. Who would have thought a box of film....no wait in 1962, my Mother never would have thought her interest in film would have traveled so far and met with so many great opportunities. This is a great honor to be in collaboration with Grace, Ivana, and Sarah, and and and Union Docs.....PS a BIG shout out to Dijifi who I began converting the film to digital formats....it has been an extraordinary experience, that I am so grateful for.
One Thursday a friend invited me to The Brooklyn Art Library, which has nothing to do with the Public Library. It is a completely creative experience. They have over 40,000 sketchbooks on their shelves and 20,000 in their digital library. The day we were there, they were preparing for a wedding, which was unique because it was a Thursday afternoon....not even after work...smart couple, to save lots of money. The staff were great and they answered many questions. It was a great place to get inspiration and also leave a little of your own.
